First session; what you can expect

15 minute telephone conversation

The benefit of an initial 15 minute telephone conversation is that we have the opportunity to talk with each other ahead of a face to face or on-line session.

​

This not only breaks the ice but also gives you the opportunity to give an overview of what you are hoping for from counselling.

​

It also ensures that I can assess whether I will be able to support your therapeutic journey.

First Session (reduced charge)

I offer a discounted first session as I believe that ensuring whether I might be the right therapist for you, should not come with the investment of a full session charge.

​

Meeting me for an initial session comes with no obligation to continue.

​

In order for the therapeutic journey to be valuable, it needs to be with the right person at the right time.
